Financial Problems For Rick?

I've been given some information that leads me to believe Rick Dyer is in financial trouble, but, he just bought a brand new SUV, as seen below.

Obviously Rick must have been approved. Recently, Rick stated on one of his Hangouts he received a $15,000 donation from someone. Was a portion of this money used as a down payment? How does a guy without a real job get a loan for a new vehicle? Maybe he used the entire $15,000, it's hard to say.
It wasn't too long ago he was asking for donations to fund equipment for his hoax-in-a-box. He has stopped pushing his DVDs and said they are no longer for sale.
So, if I understand this correctly, he can afford a shiny new toy BUT he can't afford to pay for his own tour. I thought his investors gave him $350,000. Where did the money go? It didn't go to have a new house built in Santa Rosa because Rick is renting a small apartment in Las Vegas.

Let's talk about the DVDs, shall we? Rick stopped promoting the DVDs and he said they are no longer on sale. He also said anyone who wanted a refund would get one. I think Rick needs to have money in his PayPal account in order to give a refund, correct?

Here is the information I received today, and I have been given permission by the person to post what he told me.

"i don't care either way i'm not ashamed , i suspect there will be a lot more to come as i believe i was the first to file i did this before cali's news broke !
i had it out with dyer on the 15th or 16th , my claim got filed on the 17th , he had 10 days to respond to the claim he never did so they automatically rewarded me my money back , but then his bank declined payment , or he changed his bank , which is what i suspect he did"

"rick dyers running , a little proof of that right here.

"this is for the other dvd.

As you can plainly see from the two emails to Mr. Gage from PayPal, Rick Dyer doesn't have enough money in his account to cover the refunds.
I couldn't figure out why Rick was making such a big deal about a $230.00 refund and why he was throwing insults at Mr. Gage. Now that we have the real information, the story becomes clearer.

I hope the person or people who gave Rick $15,000 can actually afford to part with that kind of money because they won't see anything for their investment. The emperor has no clothes, and apparently no money.

If anyone is thinking of asking for a refund for DVDs they bought, I would like to suggest you talk to a representative of your credit card company and ask to file a charge back. The time limit for doing so is finite, so I would act quickly.

Rick Dyer - "I'm Done, It's Over"

According to Rick Dyer, he's done...until further notice. This is your first clue that Freezer Boy isn't finished yet. I have no idea what happened, but after watching his childish dress-up video mocking Frank Cali, his ever so subtle video threat against a woman, and his attack on Tom Stickel, I wouldn't be surprised if his remaining members left him. Maybe these people have boundaries after all, maybe they don't. Only those people could say what really went on over the past few days.
In typical Dyer fashion, he threw Tom under the bus and made up blatant lies about Mr. Stickel. The "haters" are all to familiar with this tactic by Rick. Dyer loves to throw people under the bus after he's used them up. They are disposable and nobody is immune. That's a fact.
In Rick's words, he was driving the garbage truck. That's a nice thing to say about the gullible people who supported him over the last few months. It appears more people were dropped in front of the bus as well.
Rick is using the same old stand-by excuse that people threatened his family. He used this excuse with Matt Whitton back in '08. Anyone who believes this rhetoric needs to give their head a shake. If his family's safety was at risk, why didn't Dyer mention anything about filing a report with the police? Just like his fantasy dead Bigfoot, the story of threats is a complete fabrication in my opinion. No evidence is provided to support his continued claims that people have threatened his family.
It's okay to Rick when he makes threats, but the moment someone says "BOO", he's crying like a little baby. That's a basic rundown of the video.

I've visited numerous Facebook pages and anyone who is following this gong show believe Rick will be back. I think Rick just needs to find a new batch of rubes or alter his story again to entice people. Before you part with your hard earned money, make sure you do your due diligence on Rick. He has consistent and shady past. Remember this as well; when Rick is done sucking every dollar out of you, he'll toss you aside like trash.

If any former Team Tracker members wish to have their voice heard, feel free to contact me any time. I'm not the big bad monster Rick portrays me to be. Rick called me "sick" for talking to Frank. What's sick is making up lies about people, trying to have people fired from their employment, posting the address of people and making veiled threats against a female. THAT is sick.

Tom Stickel Interview - With Haywood

Haywood recently had an interview with former Team Tracker member, Tom Stickel. It looks like Team Tracker members are jumping ship all over the place.
Frank Cali quit, and so did Tom and Dallas Gilbert. According to Rick, Craig quit again.

Frank Cali Interview

Thanks everyone for patiently waiting. Frank and I have finished our interview and it's a long one.
Listen to the interview and decide for yourselves.

Around The Water Cooler

Thanks for being patient everyone. I appreciate it. The interview should take place in the next couple of days. I don't like making all of you wait but Frank has some personal things to take care of first.

UPDATE: I would like to ask all of you to flag the video contained in this link.
Children have no place in the arguments of adults. What Rick did is immoral and illegal.
Dyer Talks About An Underage Victim

Patience, Grasshoppers

The blog has gone absolutely crazy today, but given what has taken place, I kind of expected it.
According to everything I can find, Frank Cali is no longer President of Bigfoot Hoaxer, I mean Tracker. Was Frank really fired or did he quit?
Did Frank see the "body" or was it all made up? I know all of you have many questions you want answered, I know I do.
I have been exchanging emails with Frank all day and he has agreed to an interview with me. I will do my best to ask as many relevant questions as possible. Frank has assured me that he is on the level and this is not another prank or punking.
When the interview is done, I will share it with all of you. Until then, please be patient.

Thanks to all of you for your support!

P.S- If former TT members decide they want to get a refund for any DVD purchases, go straight to your credit card company and ask to file a charge back. Avoid PayPal, it's a huge hassle dealing with them.
Your credit card company limits charge backs to a certain number of days after purchase.

What Rick Dyer Would Do

I was reminded by a friend of a show Rick had not to long ago in which Rick talks about the possible war in Syria. Dyer was all ramped up saying the U.S. should go to war with Syria and I doubt he had all the facts about the situation there. Keep in mind, Rick made similar sentiments about war with North Korea.
Apparently there is no room for diplomatic solutions, let's just go in to another country and bomb the shit out of it.
Rick Dyer has a habit of crossing lines, and this time he crossed a line that nobody in the free world would dare cross. He called for the killing of soldiers who would refuse to go to war in Syria. We now know that no such invasion took place, thanks to the common sense of the American people.
I'm not an American and I do not have a military background, and I have my own personal opinions about war. The words that came out of Dyer's mouth disgusted me. I was shocked that a man who went AWOL would even consider saying such vile things about men and women who serve their country. It is only because of these brave individuals that Rick is granted the freedom to voice his opinion, however toxic it may be.

According to a past article, Rick Dyer went AWOL in 2002.

"Bigfoot tricksters blame hoax on promoter
Middleman has filed theft complaint against the men

By KATHY JEFCOATS

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Thursday, August 21, 2008

Two Clayton County men who “punk’d” the world with a bogus Bigfoot discovery were pawns of a promoter who promised them books and movie deals, the pair’s attorney said Friday.

Now that Matt Whitton and Rick Dyer have walked away with $50,000, a purported middleman is out the money, and promoter Tom Biscardi of California is left holding a Halloween costume filled with road kill, the public may be wondering if the tail is now wagging the dog.

A police report filed Thursday by an Indiana man who said he fronted the $50,000 on behalf of Biscardi alleges Whitton and Dyer took the money “by deceitful means” in exchange for the frozen carcass of a Bigfoot-like creature they claimed to have found in north Georgia.

But the men’s attorney, Steve Lister of Jonesboro, said the money was for publicizing the alleged find that Biscardi knew to be fabricated.

“My clients were paid a promotional fee,” Lister said. “This started out as fun for them. Now they are caught in the middle of damage control by the ‘big’ Bigfoot. That’s what this is.”

Biscardi did not return a phone call Friday asking for comment.

Lister said his clients will cooperate with police.

“These guys haven’t done anything wrong,” Lister said. “They did what they were supposed to do – Biscardi told them to create the body – but it fell apart. They are ready for this to go away now.”

Lister declined to make his clients available for comment now that an investigation is pending, and said he doesn’t know what became of the $50,000. “They didn’t give it to their attorney, I can tell you that,” he said.

Whitton, hailed as a hero last month when he was shot by a robbery suspect, lost his six-year job with Clayton Police Department because of the hoax.

Dyer worked as a state corrections officer 2004-2006 but now drives a truck for Big Foot Towing Co. of Forest Park and sells used cars online.

Neither man is talking to the media since a WSB-TV report Wednesday in which they admitted to the hoax and expressed disbelief that the public actually bought the story.

Little is known about Whitton, 28, beyond the fact he was a Clayton police officer. Police said his personnel file and four closed Internal Affairs investigation files will be available next week.

The Georgia Department of Corrections has not yet responded to an open records request for Dyer’s personnel file.

A search of Clayton court records paints a picture of Dyer, 31, as someone plagued by financial struggles.

Records show an auto finance company won a default judgment against Dyer in 2001 for more than $15,000.

According to a child-support complaint filed by his ex-wife in 2004, Dyer went AWOL from the U.S. Army in June 2002 and was discharged in January 2004.

In July 2006, a customer won a default judgment against Dyer in Clayton Magistrate Court after claiming Dyer sold him a “broken” 1984 Chevrolet Corvette for $3,800.

Dyer faces an open complaint in the same court alleging a debt of several thousand dollars.

Other demands for money were dismissed in three separate suits, records show.

Clayton police took a theft complaint report Thursday from Indiana investor William Wald Lett Jr., who said he fronted the $50,000 as a favor to Biscardi. Lett told police he expected Biscardi to pay him $50,000 plus $25,000 interest in 90 days.

After the hoax was revealed, Lett said he immediately tried to get the money back from Whitton and Dyer. Clayton police Capt. Greg Dickens said Friday the complaint is a pending investigation. Sources: http://www.ajc.com/news/content/metro/clayton

The Basement Show

There was some discussion going on about The Basement Show that Freezer Boy was on recently.
This wasn't much of an interview in my humble opinion. It was more like back slaps and reach arounds. Right from the start the host got a bunch of things wrong, and this was before Rick called in.
You'll have to watch it for yourself.

Dyer had no problem saying he lied about many things. When he  got caught in so many contradictions, a new script needed to be written.

There Is No Dead Bigfoot

It's been over one year and no credible evidence has been shown. There have been multiple delays. The story has changed countless times. Lies have been told about anyone who questions the story. Do yourself a favour, save your money.

Big Jake: I'm Not Interested

Big Jake, or someone claiming to be him has offered to answer any questions we may have for him.
I highly doubt Jake (JS) has any inside information on the hoax, and if he does, he certainly hasn't proven himself trustworthy. He's another condescending ass that thinks he's "smart" because he makes decent money. I've known quite a few rich dumbasses, so I'm not sure why "Jake" needed to mention his income in the comment section. I already know his name and what he does for a living.
For all I know this is another lame set up. Jake, you have nothing of value to offer in my opinion. You will not get an audience here, so go back to whatever it is you do.

I would only be interested in talking to a free thinking former TT member who can shed light on this hoax.
