I've been given some information that leads me to believe Rick Dyer is in financial trouble, but, he just bought a brand new SUV, as seen below.
Obviously Rick must have been approved. Recently, Rick stated on one of his Hangouts he received a $15,000 donation from someone. Was a portion of this money used as a down payment? How does a guy without a real job get a loan for a new vehicle? Maybe he used the entire $15,000, it's hard to say.
It wasn't too long ago he was asking for donations to fund equipment for his hoax-in-a-box. He has stopped pushing his DVDs and said they are no longer for sale.
So, if I understand this correctly, he can afford a shiny new toy BUT he can't afford to pay for his own tour. I thought his investors gave him $350,000. Where did the money go? It didn't go to have a new house built in Santa Rosa because Rick is renting a small apartment in Las Vegas.
Let's talk about the DVDs, shall we? Rick stopped promoting the DVDs and he said they are no longer on sale. He also said anyone who wanted a refund would get one. I think Rick needs to have money in his PayPal account in order to give a refund, correct?
Here is the information I received today, and I have been given permission by the person to post what he told me.

"i don't care either way i'm not ashamed , i suspect there will be a lot more to come as i believe i was the first to file i did this before cali's news broke !
i had it out with dyer on the 15th or 16th , my claim got filed on the 17th , he had 10 days to respond to the claim he never did so they automatically rewarded me my money back , but then his bank declined payment , or he changed his bank , which is what i suspect he did"

As you can plainly see from the two emails to Mr. Gage from PayPal, Rick Dyer doesn't have enough money in his account to cover the refunds.
I couldn't figure out why Rick was making such a big deal about a $230.00 refund and why he was throwing insults at Mr. Gage. Now that we have the real information, the story becomes clearer.
I hope the person or people who gave Rick $15,000 can actually afford to part with that kind of money because they won't see anything for their investment. The emperor has no clothes, and apparently no money.
If anyone is thinking of asking for a refund for DVDs they bought, I would like to suggest you talk to a representative of your credit card company and ask to file a charge back. The time limit for doing so is finite, so I would act quickly.
