Rick Dyer: Liar and Hypocrite

It looks like Ricky found someone to write more lies for him and this person obviously has no problem doing so. It's funny, Rick gets all bent out of shape because people post anonymously but he has no issues with one of his drones making a blog post anonymously.
  Dyer is still in hiding after moving and it's not the "haters" he's trying to avoid. I'm certain his former landlord at the Section 8 housing complex is looking for him and I bet PayPal wants to know where he is.
  In the latest installment of lies at Kool-Aid Kult Central, the author of blog post writes:

" Who are these haters?
* One is a convicted Rapist
* One has a addiction to prostitution
* One is overweight and lonely
* One has to lie to feel important
* I bet all of them lives paycheck to paycheck
* They all are Insecure,Jealous, Intolerant and Bored"


None of the above is even close to being true. Have you noticed that Rick never backs up his claims? Ever. Not once. Not even with his imaginary hairy biped in a box. I bet his 5 remaining followers are gobbling this up, rubbing their little fingers together and having a good ole laugh.
   Rick says we're insecure, that's simply not true. Dyer is the insecure one. He has reported Steve Lane's videos for showing who he really is and Ricky had a pout. He also reported my videos that have been up for months. Who's the insecure one?
   Freezer Boy says we're jealous. Jealous of what? I have a real job and Rick doesn't, what is there to be jealous about? Maybe I'm jealous that he ripped off a bunch of people. Maybe I'm jealous because I don't get to move every four months, looking over my shoulder while I do it. Maybe I'm jealous he's such a super star (LMAO!) on YouTube.
   Intolerant. Rick Dyer calls "haters" intolerant. Well, isn't that precious, bless his wee cotton tighty whiteys.

What Rick Dyer Would Do

I was reminded by a friend of a show Rick had not to long ago in which Rick talks about the possible war in Syria. Dyer was all ramped up saying the U.S. should go to war with Syria and I doubt he had all the facts about the situation there. Keep in mind, Rick made similar sentiments about war with North Korea.
  Apparently there is no room for diplomatic solutions, let's just go in to another country and bomb the shit out of it.
  Rick Dyer has a habit of crossing lines, and this time he crossed a line that nobody in the free world would dare cross. He called for the killing of soldiers who would refuse to go to war in Syria. We now know that no such invasion took place, thanks to the common sense of the American people.
  I'm not an American and I do not have a military background, and I have my own personal opinions about war. The words that came out of Dyer's mouth disgusted me. I was shocked that a man who went AWOL would even consider saying such vile things about men and women who serve their country. It is only because of these brave individuals that Rick is granted the freedom to voice his opinion, however toxic it may be.

Two Clayton County men who “punk’d” the world with a bogus Bigfoot discovery were pawns of a promoter who promised them books and movie deals, the pair’s attorney said Friday.

Now that Matt Whitton and Rick Dyer have walked away with $50,000, a purported middleman is out the money, and promoter Tom Biscardi of California is left holding a Halloween costume filled with road kill, the public may be wondering if the tail is now wagging the dog.

A police report filed Thursday by an Indiana man who said he fronted the $50,000 on behalf of Biscardi alleges Whitton and Dyer took the money “by deceitful means” in exchange for the frozen carcass of a Bigfoot-like creature they claimed to have found in north Georgia.

But the men’s attorney, Steve Lister of Jonesboro, said the money was for publicizing the alleged find that Biscardi knew to be fabricated.

“My clients were paid a promotional fee,” Lister said. “This started out as fun for them. Now they are caught in the middle of damage control by the ‘big’ Bigfoot. That’s what this is.”

Biscardi did not return a phone call Friday asking for comment.

Lister said his clients will cooperate with police.

“These guys haven’t done anything wrong,” Lister said. “They did what they were supposed to do – Biscardi told them to create the body – but it fell apart. They are ready for this to go away now.”

Lister declined to make his clients available for comment now that an investigation is pending, and said he doesn’t know what became of the $50,000. “They didn’t give it to their attorney, I can tell you that,” he said.

Whitton, hailed as a hero last month when he was shot by a robbery suspect, lost his six-year job with Clayton Police Department because of the hoax.

Dyer worked as a state corrections officer 2004-2006 but now drives a truck for Big Foot Towing Co. of Forest Park and sells used cars online.

Neither man is talking to the media since a WSB-TV report Wednesday in which they admitted to the hoax and expressed disbelief that the public actually bought the story.

Little is known about Whitton, 28, beyond the fact he was a Clayton police officer. Police said his personnel file and four closed Internal Affairs investigation files will be available next week.

The Georgia Department of Corrections has not yet responded to an open records request for Dyer’s personnel file.

A search of Clayton court records paints a picture of Dyer, 31, as someone plagued by financial struggles.

Records show an auto finance company won a default judgment against Dyer in 2001 for more than $15,000.

According to a child-support complaint filed by his ex-wife in 2004, Dyer went AWOL from the U.S. Army in June 2002 and was discharged in January 2004.

In July 2006, a customer won a default judgment against Dyer in Clayton Magistrate Court after claiming Dyer sold him a “broken” 1984 Chevrolet Corvette for $3,800.

Dyer faces an open complaint in the same court alleging a debt of several thousand dollars.

Other demands for money were dismissed in three separate suits, records show.

Clayton police took a theft complaint report Thursday from Indiana investor William Wald Lett Jr., who said he fronted the $50,000 as a favor to Biscardi. Lett told police he expected Biscardi to pay him $50,000 plus $25,000 interest in 90 days.

Hank: Hermaphrodite or Asexual?

"The Bigfoot that Rick shot in San Antonio on September 6,2012 has both Male/Female organs and two stomachs the scientists discovered during this past 11 months. It reminds me of the Kamodo Dragons that are able to reproduce without a male. Just mind blowing information to say the least. I am not a scientist, so I am not qualified to understand the who's, what's or how's."

The quote above was penned by Frank Cali.

I had no intention of listening to any more of Rick Dyer's shows because he never talks about Bigfoot. All he has time for is talking about haters with Frank Cali, and quite honestly, it's become repetitive and boring.
  Several people left comments on my latest post saying Frank Cali stated "Hank" has both male and female organs. It seems like "Hank" has two of everything.
 Two slits on each side of the nose, double rows of teeth and extra organs. When Rick first started describing "Hank", he gave a description that was more in line with what other witnesses claim to have seen. Dyer said he looked like Andre the Giant. To me, that description is more human-like or primate in nature.
 Somehow this whacked out story has morphed in to some sort of child eating monster that sounds more like a hairy Wraith than it does any kind of hominidae.
  This is what Frank Cali and Chris Sands had to say last night:

I get the impression from Cali's latest blog post he is implying this Bigfoot can reproduce on it's own. I find it humorous that Frank compares "Hank" with a Komodo dragon, which is a reptile. It's not even an apple to apples comparison.
  Frank is correct, there have been documented cases of Komodo dragons reproducing without a male, but those happened at zoos. It's not an everyday occurrence, but Cali left that part out.

Rick Dyer has clearly stated on many, many occasions "Hank" is male. This is something everyone can agree on.
  This is a quote from the article on parthenogenesis:

In other words, asexual reproduction in animals only occur in females.

Is "Hank" a hermaphrodite? What are the odds that the first "verified" Bigfoot would have this rare phenomenon? As far as I am aware, humans with hermaphroditism can not reproduce.

For me, this is the last nail in the coffin of this long, boring drawn out hoax. In my opinion it's over and the fat lady has sung. Unless facts start rolling out or something verifiable comes out, I highly doubt I'll be covering this farce any more. I may update the blog just for my regular readers so they can continue their discussions. The comment section is almost unanimous that this latest blabbering by Frank Cali sealed the deal on the charade.

I'm going to take a break, then I'm going to focus my attention on the real researchers of the Bigfoot world. People like Cliff Barackman, Bart Cutino, Derek Randles and Steve Kulls deserve more blog time than hoaxers and scammers.
  There are so many people to inform others about and it will be much more enjoyable. There are awesome podcasts and blogtalk shows to tell everyone about as well.

 This has been an interesting ride and I have met so many great individuals online and I'm proud to call them my friends. So many have stuck by me and I thank every one of them.
Thanks to everyone who visits this humble blog and take the time to read the posts here. This blog will remain open with occasional updates. I don't expect anything earth shattering to happen any time soon.

Dyer Discussion - Descriptions of Hank

This bottom photo looks an awful lot like "Hank".

Rick gave a few more descriptions of the alleged dead Bigfoot that appear to be a bit outrageous in my opinion. Two stomachs and extra organs? Slits on the facial area? Two rows of teeth? I find the whole fantastical and beyond belief.

It's been almost one year since this farce started and have yet to see any evidence of this "monster" that eats people. All we have are claims from people who have no history of credibility within the Bigfoot community. Past actions speak louder than words. I wonder when We're going to get to Stage 5 of this hoax. Stage 4 is being drawn longer than any hoax before this and that doesn't make it a great hoax.

Racer X - WON / Rick Dyer - ZERO

A few days ago Rick Dyer and/or Frank Cali made  a libelous blog post about me which is not based in fact whatsoever. The entire blog post is a lie. It's exactly the same type of post Rick made about Liam Gray not very long ago.
   Rick says he has the proof that I'm a convicted sex offender but he hasn't shown anything to back up his claim. Rick made the claim and the onus, once again is on him to validate his outrageous lie.
Frank Cali is also guilty of lying, this should not be forgotten. Franky says I have an arrest for some of the worst offenses without any evidence or proof. Frank Cali must be taking lessons from freezer boy. Frank would have no clue what I may or may not have been arrested for, because he does not have access to my personal information. Any future comments to the contrary made by Frank or Rick are lies. If there claims are true, let's see some proof boys. It's the same old thing with these people. Big claims, excitement, and chest pounding, only to have it fizzle away. All talk and NO action.

  Dyer and Cali can never prove a word they say, they just expect people to take their word as the gospel. The funny thing is people actually believe what these two imbeciles spew out of their mouths.

Rick claims he obtained personal information about me from an unnamed individual or agency and he states this as fact. The fact is, Dyer is lying. If he's telling the truth, then providing a name, phone number, address and scans of forms should be very easy to provide. Rick can't provide any such information, so he will make up a weak excuse as to why he is unable to provide any verifiable proof. Do you see a trend? Wild claims and NO proof, let alone any evidence.

Rick accused me of a sex crime which I did not commit. I have never been arrested, charged, or convicted of any sex crimes. Does Rick understand what libel is?
"Speed Racer" had the nerve to ask me to prove I didn't commit any such crime. Excuse me? That's the most idiotic thing I've heard in awhile. It's along the same line as "prove it's a hoax". The burden of proof is on the person making the claim. Get it through your head already.

The biggest hole in Rick's story, and something he didn't know about, is the fact that my finger prints are required in order to conduct a criminal background check. My finger prints aren't on file anywhere.
As you can see, it's just another false accusation by the stunned wonders.

I went to the RCMP station and had a lengthy conversation with an officer. I explained that someone had accused me of a crime I did not commit and asked how anyone (individual or agency) could get my personal information. The officer plainly stated this can not, and does not happen. He said whoever stated this was lying. He almost started laughing actually.

The above photo is proof I was at the RCMP station on July 27, 2013. The RCMP are not allowed to give me a print out of any convictions I may or may not have, but they are able to tell me verbally if, and what, was found during the background check.

If I'm unable to get a copy of my own personal information, Rick Dyer sure doesn't have it. I can tell you this, I have never been accused, arrested, charged or convicted for any sex crime whatsoever.

The other night Ricky had a blogtalk gabfest, so I decided to listen for awhile. Much later in the show Rick admits that he put the post on his blog. Here is the audio portion from his show of lies:

I filed a complaint with the appropriate department at Google to have these lies removed.

Today I received a reply from the good folks at Google. Obviously they came to the conclusion Rick lied. It's called "libel" Ricky. I'm sure if Rick was stating facts about me he would have no problem providing links, scans, copies, names, phone numbers, addresses, contacts, photos, audio or any other sort of evidence to back up his claim.

Dumber and Dumberer thought they were so brilliant to copy/paste the exact same lie on another blog of theirs. Racer Z? Randy Filipovic? Wow, and they call me obsessed. I filed another complaint with Google and this time they responded quickly.

Some of Rick's followers mistake my previous silence about the accusations from Rick Dyer and Frank Cali as an admission of guilt. That's far from the truth. This is the tip of the iceberg boys.
 I don't care if they want to make silly photoshop pictures of me, or call me gay, which I'm not. Calling me gay shows their ignorance and intolerance towards people of different lifestyles, and I take no offense to it.
  What I do care about, is when these idiots make outlandish accusations they know are lies. Rick has no proof. Frank has no proof. They didn't call anyone and nobody divulged my personal information to them.
If they're going to make up such a grandiose lie about me in order to garner more "followers" then it doesn't seem unreasonable that they would lie about having a dead Bigfoot. I have to question the integrity of both of these people.

I have been reading a lot of comments here, and elsewhere regarding the hoax of 2012-2013. It's a hoax that's dying a horrible, slow death.
There are a few people who side with Dyer and these people somehow think the onus is on the "haters" to prove this is a hoax. I have more sad news for you.
  The onus is on Rick Dyer to prove his claims. He made those claims, nobody else did. "be patient, wait and see" you say? At every turn Rick has delayed, stalled and made excuses for prolonging this sad one man show.
 Dyer blames "haters" for all the delays, or something happens that's out of the control of Rick. Wow, haters must be powerful. We can slow down the release of the biggest discovery of the modern age. Seriously? Who on this planet would believe this?
No sane, rational person would, that's for sure.

Craig Sees the "Body"

The following video was publicly available on YouTube for a short time yesterday, then it was set to 'private'. Late last night or early this morning the video was made public again.
I'm sure a few of you have already watched the video but I would like to add a few things that peaked my interest.

First, the most annoying part of this video is the copyright in the line of Craig's and Rick's eyes. Hiding the eyes is suspicious because we(most people) can usually tell when people are lying. Craig hardly ever looks at the camera, and instead it looks like he's reading notes to remember his story or timeline. Rick is in the habit of lying anyway, so I don't give him any credibility. If you remember the video Rick made awhile back, the one where it looked like he was going to come clean and admit a hoax. He did a half decent job of acting in that but it wasn't Oscar material.

Craig talks about the body being moved by a crane. Why would anyone move the body itself without containing it? This alleged body is coming up on a year old and it hasn't been embalmed or frozen, according to Dyer.
 He says the gurney is wheeled underneath the body as it's being carried out by a crane. Again, the body, if it's real, should have been contained. An insulated crate comes to mind. Perhaps a crate with a built in skid so a forklift could pick it up. This is how things are done in the normal world.
There are companies that specialize in crate making and build them to exact specifications:

 A power tailgate is irrelevant, especially a custom made tailgate to accommodate the gurney. Open the door and load him and his container with a forklift. What would have been more believable to me is if "Hank" was preloaded in to a sea can, like the ones loaded on to barges.then craned on to a trailer.
So far these people are treating "Hank" like a pile of garbage instead of the most magnificent discovery of our life time. His poor old, dead body is just picked up by a crane and carried to the truck. That's one tough body.
 Craig also says the truck was very big. How big of a truck do they need to carry a nine foot tall, 800 lb. carcass? It would fit in a one ton refrigerated cube van perfectly. It's simply more efficient logistically and monetarily.

 I'm very familiar with delivery trucks and the equipment used to load them, so Craig's story makes no sense at all.
Craig goes on to say the doors of the building were over-sized but he gives no rough estimates. I have no idea what the purpose of that piece of information was because it's not important. There are buildings all over the world that have over-sized doors.
They were allegedly moving a large body, not the space shuttle.

The most interesting thing of all is Craig doesn't talk about the body. No descriptions of size or features. If I saw a dead Bigfoot body, I wouldn't be interested in the transportation or facility. I would be taking in every single feature of this being, studying it as best as I could. None of that is covered.

Once this video is punched full of holes, maybe an excuse will come out as to why this video was so lame. Perhaps Rick needed a good excuse to miss the Vermont "expedition".

There is much discussion lately about the hoax of 2013. An anonymous person has a list showing why this is a hoax.
  The lies and contradictions are never ending.

FACT - Dyer promises 3 minutes of HD footage in movie. Did not happen.

FACT - Dyer promises body will be released to coincide with movie. Did not happen.

FACT - Dyer promises to release high def pictures, video and receipts for reefer truck. Did not happen.

FACT - MM says he was attacked by man in suit and when asked if BF is real says he would like to think so. The world would be a better place. Also read as, I don't know, I have never seen one.

FACT - Dyer has perpetrated this hoax before. In fact, 3 other hoaxes, though this one seems to be a spitting image of 2008.

FACT - Dyer is a known conman and criminal.

FACT - Not one person who is not associated with Dyer and his team have come forward as having seen the body.

FACT - Despite signing NDA's Dyer's team of people seem to have talked endlessly about seeing the body. Yet anyone not affiliated with Dyer has not said a word.

FACT- Dyer says the body was not embalmed.

FACT - You cannot preserve a body long term without some form of embalming (with constant maintenance) or plastination.

FACT- there is no open dumpster behind The Home Depot like Dyer stated. Only a closed system not accessible from the outside (This was confirmed by GA's post as well)

FACT- Movie reviews from professional reviewers have stated movie is A Blair witch style movie. A movie about crazy footers and hoaxers. The movie includes crazy footers and a hoax. Makes sense Bc this is what the movie is about

Is Rick In Vermont?

Things have been kind of quiet around the Dyer camp after the yard sale and Rick, once again removed all of his videos, save one, from YouTube. What does Dyer have to hide in those videos? Many of us have copies anyway so it's of little importance.
 Ricky is allegedly having an "expedition" in Vermont as we speak.

From what I've read, only a couple of people went on this expedition. The photos and video that were posted show people in the distance so we can't verify if anyone actually is in Vermont.
Someone recently updated Rick's blog stating a person has seen "the body" today.

Poor Hank, not only was he killed, he was shocked as well. That's just plain cruelty. It seems to me that Rick's NDA's are useless because anyone who allegedly signs one is allowed to talk and talk and talk, ad nauseum. It also seems to me that Rick doesn't have to be present in order to have a viewing. Why has this changed all of a sudden? Is Rick really in Vermont or is he spinning another yarn to keep his ten fans enthralled?
 I am looking forward to the lame excuses that will follow in order to explain this faux pas.
This hoax has all but completely fallen apart and the excuses for delays are becoming weaker and weaker.

I was just given some information that may indicate Rick and family are moving. It wasn't long ago that Rick packed up and moved to his current location and now he's selling things off for some unknown reason.
  We already know Dyer likes to wrench cars and flip them for a buck. He has a stretch limo up for sale. I would think he'd keep this one for his cult followers to travel in retro style. Car Wrap Guy might have done another free wrap in exchange for another plug from Freezer Boy.

If Dyer isn't moving, why sell everything? What about the imaginary dead Bigfoot held in an imaginary facility that is magically preserved beyond comprehension? Are the keys with the body?
If Rick is moving again, this looks like a nice place to be.

Maybe Dyer should talk more about his alleged Bigfoot, show some proof and quit stalling for time. There are no investors and there is no dead Bigfoot. Three past hoaxes should show everyone Rick is lying again, for the fourth time.
