The other day I was reading the comments on Rick's blog because he recently opened up the comment section. I had no idea they were closed in the first place until I read Dyer's post about it.
One particular comment caught my attention. It was left by JRS, and that's all I know about this individual. This is what JRS said:
"I give you credit, Mr. Dyer. You are entertaining if nothing else. Though I do find it slightly odd that you just posted a 10 minute video and there was no information whatsoever regarding your incredible discovery. Seems like that would take center stage as opposed to a 10 minute video about haters.
In any case, I am not a hater. You may have seen my posts in a few other threads. I do not care to debate the existence of Bigfoot. I do not think he exists but I would never hate on anyone who thinks he does. With that said, you have stated that you have shot and killed a Bigfoot, have it in your possession, and there is scientific evidence. I would very much like to make a $50,000.00 wager with you, or any of your team members, that you, in fact, did not shoot and kill a Bigfoot and do not have one in your possession. As I mentioned in previous threads, I have access to a contract attorney who can draw up an agreement within a few days. I also have an active escrow account with Bank of America where we will both put up the funds. There will be no funny business on either end.
Now that you must approve comments one by one, you will surely see this. I look forward to your reply. Please respond directly to this message as I think it is only fair that this is in the open for all to see.
I look forward to your reply. Thanks.
- JRS"
This seems like a very straight forward challenge to me. If I had a real, verified Bigfoot body in my possession, this would be an easy 50K. Does Rick accept the wager?
"Lets make it easy come Friday with $50,000 and you can see it 1st hand!"
Ricky appears to be dodging the bet and I don't know why. Rick loves money, so why turn down such a sure fire win? Dyer can't use the excuse of "It's the investors who control the body".
I'm sure Rick's "investors" would love to pocket $50,000 for simply providing the information outlined by JRS in his challenge to Rick. JRS doesn't even want to see the body, all he wants is verifiable proof that Ricky shot an honest to goodness Sasquatch.
This is the easiest money Ricky could ever hope to make, yet he refuses to accept the wager. I can't think of one reason why any sane person would refuse/decline/not accept this.
If I was a Team Tracker member, I would be wondering why my leader would not stand up and take the challenge. That money could be put to good use helping Dallas and Wayne, or the homeless, or even get Dyer in the driver's seat of a shiny new Corvette.
JRS provided a simple and easy proposition to Rick. He made it really simple. Ricky has been weighed and measured by JRS.
Well done, whomever you are.
Racer X
Awesome Stuff Racer. I hope the people who still believe him, see that the reason he refused, is that he has no body!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know about this! That sure is revealing! He can't provide simple documents to back up his story! What a load of crap!
ReplyDeleteAre you as confident that Dyer doesn't have a body? Why don't you lay some odds and get some easy money yourself? If we continue to follow this line of reasoning, why didn't Kulls take Dyer up on his bet to leave bigfooting if it turns out there is indeed a body? I guess it has to mean he thinks there is a reasonable chance that there really is something to Dyer's claim.
ReplyDeleteThere are reasonable reasons why anyone can refuse a bet. Just because someone refuses or doesn't even acknowledge it doesn't mean anything. I hope you trying to bait Dyer, otherwise I think your reasoning is very suspect.
Give your a head a shake. Then slap yourself. Jump in a cold shower and then try to re-enter the real world.
DeleteWhat your saying makes no sense?? Is this David "It must be true, because of how many think it is not" Durett???
The guy is making the bet, because he thinks it might be true????
Hey, Sherlock, come back to earth will you!!
Your comments also defy all logic when it comes to wagering.
DeleteCathiee. Never makes sense, always deflects, defies all logic. Yes, it is Cathiee. As dumb as a bag of rocks, as usual.
DeleteI am not talking about Mr. Kulls, I'm talking about Rick. trying to deflect the issue won't make it go away.
DeleteMy reasoning is suspect? That's the funniest thing I've read all day.
Refusing a bet means nothing? Seriously?
"I guess it has to mean he thinks there is a reasonable chance that there really is something to Dyer's claim."
Why would someone make a bet like JRS did if he thought Rick had a body? He wants to make money, not lose it.
Your logic is illogical.
Steve, I am not David Durett- although it's been about the fourth time someone mentioned it.
DeleteWhat the hell are you talking about in your last sentence? Are you talking about Kulls in my example, or JRS? It's hilarious when someone calls you out and it's that person who isn't getting it.
I'll make this very easy for you to understand. There is no reason for Rick to refuse this challenge.
DeleteIf Dyer has a legitimate Bigfoot, it's an easy win. There are no excuses for refusing. NONE.
Have a nice day.
Racer X,
DeleteIt's not my fault you had a reading comprehension fail. I guess I should have put "Kulls" instead of of a pronoun, but the inconsistency in reasoning should have given you the correct reassignment to him.
I'm not deflecting anything. I am giving an example as to why not agreeing to a bet is not necessarily an admission of confidence in your position. Notice I am siding with Kulls, as I do think he truly believes Dyer is hoaxing.
Do you truly believe refusing a bet must have something directly related to your position on the subject of that bet?
Well I see I have my answer to my main question in this case. Good luck to you.
DeleteTaking it on the word of Dyeria himself that he has a body, is beyond all reason. Good grief man, shaking your head may not do it, slamming it into a brick wall might not either, but I suggest you try the later.
DeleteLittle Tommy B, you are one hell of a humanitarian. And an eloquent writer as well.
DeleteActually a very good reason to not take the bet is that JRS changes where to send the money to.
DeleteFirst it is the Bank of America then it is Bryan Cave LLP.
Racer X did you do your research and send an e-mail to the Byran Cave office in NYC to see if they will actually hold money for a bet in escrow?
I would suggest you do this. I suppose you won't because you don't really want the know the truth about the bet.
He asked that the check be made to Bryan Cave LLP as escrow agent. That means the escrow account is held at Bank of America on behalf of the agent, which is an impartial party. Have you ever purchased real estate or had money placed in escrow before? It's the same concept. He did not ask for it to be sent to two places, you just do not understand how escrow works.
DeleteSo the question I would have is this.
DeleteDoes JRS work for Bryan CAve LLP?
If so then Rick is perfectly in the right not to take the man up on his offer.
If he doesn't work for JRS does Bryan Cave LLP know about what JRS is planning?
Sorry it seems a bit to fishy for me.
If it was me I would like to see the contract first.
I would like to see the terms that he would accept as proof.
I believe people asked JRS for this stuff yet he has refused to give the information.
He is also now trying to get anyone to make the bet with him.
I believe it is a scam and he would make it so he could weasel out of paying the 50k.
Also if we take Ricks word that he is getting a cut of the sale of the bigfoot then 50k is worthless to him when he will be making more from the bigfoor with the medical/drug companies and the sale of the creature.
Plain and simple, Sherlock..anyone with a REAL dead Bigfoot, would accept the challenge. Just another of the many reasons why Rick is full of it, like all the other times!!!!
DeleteDyer minions always deflect. It never fails! Quit deflecting in order to defend him and start demanding answers from him. Why won't he provide documents from the scientists? Seriously, why not? He's passing up $50,000. Why won't he provide the refer truck receipts? The answer is glaringly obvious. THE STORY IS HORSESHIT.
ReplyDeleteWell said!!!
DeleteGreat blog again Racer, keep up the good work. You have a huge number of good people behind you, supporting you and appreciating your efforts.
ReplyDeleteThanks, it's greatly appreciated.
DeleteThe only caveat here is that Dyer might not have the 50K on hand. However, Dyer never said that was stopping him from going forward. Besides...if he had the *ACE IN THE HOLE*..he could make it happen by getting funding from others or partnering for cash. This balk by Dyer tells me he doesn't have a BF.
ReplyDeleteCathie is dumb as shit. In fact all of TT are stupid people period. Anyone still in this at this stage has the IQ of a rock and the confidence of a nerd. They are fools and they will drown in their own stupidity at the end. I just want to be there when they go down for my own personal satisfaction.
ReplyDeleteMost footers aren't very bright to begin with.
DeleteYes, but even if most footers aren't bright, MOST are at least smart enough to have seen through Dyer. Out of the thousands that were on the fence and following Rick at the beginning there are now only about 10 people that closely support him. These 10 people are the .5% , basically the dumbest of the dumb, the most gullible fools out of the thousands. Who is more dangerous? The fool who leads them or the fools who follow him?
DeleteRacer X- any way you can disable that silly code we have to enter in after each post? It really is a pain in the ass- especially if we want to post a lot. I think it deters people from posting.
ReplyDeleteThe code keeps people from spamming.
ReplyDeleteSo of course you all miss at first the person JRS says he has a Escrow account at the Bank of America then later he says that Rick should make the check out to Bryan Cave LLP.

Racer X did you send an e-mail to Bryan Cave LLP to see if they actually would hold the money for a bet in escrow with a person from Vegas and NYC?
With JRS changing where he wanted to keep the money is a red flag to many people when dealing with 50,000 dollars.
I contacted Vincent Alfieri of Byran Cave LLP in the NYC office.
DeleteHe explained to me that they would in no way support holding in escrow 100,000 dollars for a personal bet between a person in NYC and Las Vegas over "Bigfoot". They would not be involved in setting up a contract involving "Bigfoot" either.
If you do not believe me please contact the person yourself.

FYI,
ReplyDeleteIf I was going to post in this Blog I would do it as myself.
So please stop trying to place blame on me for posting other comments. My G-mail account will have the Ork Warhammer 40k Image in it.
Just to clarify that up for you all.
Oh yes, we believe your Logic, NOT!
DeleteYes Steve that is why my google profile was made long ago and I actually have a life other than all about Rick Dyer unlike you. (look at your google profile) all about Rick isn't it.
DeleteI am not afraid to take the heat for what I post as myself.
2nd Life, pretending to be a woman, and Rick Dyer.
DeleteThat about covers it, huh?
racer, with all due respect, he probably thinks its one of the "haters" just trying to prove a point or call him out. maybe he just doesn't want to be bothered with any of it, as his "schedule " is getting busy now, with the reveal and such. just sayin.x
ReplyDeleteWouldn't you make time in your day to make a quick 50k?
DeleteHow do you expect it to be a quick 50k?
ReplyDeleteRick counter offered to the man. He told Rick he wouldn't fly out. So its not that Rick didn't want to do it, Rick countered and the man declined.
They just both don't agree on the terms or what they want to do.
JRS has not listed the terms of Proof. What he would accept as proof. He claims he is not into the whole thing but he keeps hounding Rick about this.
Rick asked the guy to fly out there with 50k in cash. How would that prove that he has an actual Bigfoot. What if Rick showed him a fake body behind a display? What if he didn't show up at all and this guy made a trip for no reason? It doesn't make much sense does it? I get that people believe Dyer and want to back him up, but all this guy is asking for is legit proof. Rick had said on many occasions he has that proof. JRS said in one of his posts the proof would be dna analysis and the correct agencies citing that this is, in fact, a new species of animal never having been documented.
DeleteI would also say that I for one would not travel with 50k to meet a guy who is known to be violent and travels with a rifle. Just sayin...
i will put up 200,000 if you will put up 100,000 and i will fly in by morning i will not pay to see the prof you want that easy money shut up or put up i will fax document you sign il sign
ReplyDeleteRobert,
DeleteWho was that addressed to?
Not the best English there, buddy.
You need to make this offer by contacting dyer directly
DeleteRDYER678@aol.com
Wow! What kind of knob still uses an AOL account for anything. It's humiliating enough having it for personal stuff but for "business"...
DeleteEven my grandma knows this is not okay and she's voting for Barry Goldwater in the next election.
