For some reason there seems to be a lot of hand wringing over the latest blog post by Steve Kulls, found here. Most people say the evidence clearly shows a hoax in the works and a few strongly disagree with the Squatchdetective. Personally, I agree with Mr. Kulls. The photos presented in the FB/FB Camper video, and declared by FB/FB as factual, are not factual at all.
The comment section on the post I put up last night went back and forth as to who is responsible for adding the photos in question, why the photos were there, and why didn't Rick correct the mistakes.
Rick had the first video up on his blog for at least 24 hours before he addressed the glaring problem. Dyer had a radio show in progress, so I'll knock off a couple of hours for the sake of fairness.
One person in the comment section more or less accused me of not giving Dyer a fair trial as it were.
First of all, I believe this entire thing is a HOAX, I have never made any bones about it. YES, this blog is biased because I think it's a hoax. Rick Dyer has NEVER given quarter to anyone on his blog, but I said I would address a post Rick Dyer made, and I stick to my word.
I'll start off by saying that Rick never indicated if he was involved or collaborated with FB/FB in the actual production of the video, or if he had a chance to preview the video before it aired on YouTube. Dyer can clear that up himself if he wishes to do so.
This is what Rick said on his blog:
In Dyer's opening statement he says "The photo of the fire was taken off of my Facebook page by fbfb look at the date when the fire photo was posted. The fire photo was posted way before September of 2012. The fire was an honest mistake by FBFB. That was not the rib fire....lol"
I would interpret this as meaning Rick had no hand in the production or editing of the video, but since my words get twisted by some of his fans, I will say Rick needs to make an unambiguous statement addressing this particular subject.
In Rick's second statement he says "Not the same tent or fire and over a year apart!!
Dyer said this, not me. Am I supposed to guess what he meant by this? If you take that quote at face value, Rick is saying the fire picture in the video is not the same fire picture as the one in his Response to Johnny video.
This where Dyer always gets himself in to trouble, he makes abrupt comments without making himself clear. I know what he meant, but believe it or not, there are people who think the two fire pictures are not of the same fire. Hopefully this gif will clear it up for good.
As far as the tent pictures go, I think they are at the very least the same make of tent. Both tents are the same colour and the blue tent flys over the top of the tents have the same curvature. This is in reference to the tent in the background, not the one in the foreground. Both tents have a gray border at the lower portion of the tent.
I'm sure we could argue about the tents all day long, so I will say they look "similar" to me.
Rick has tossed the ball square in the court of FB/FB but so far there has been no comments made by the group.
Facebook Find Bigfoot did post this comment on their wall. FB/FB
"FB/FB has been in touch with Minnow Films this week and as noted by several of our Fans, the company is preparing an official statement about the documentary, to be released next week. We don't know the date or time of the statement or what it contains. However, Morgan Matthews and his team are very aware of the interest in this story."
Some folks have dismissed Steve's post as trivial and unimportant to the bigger picture, but I personally think the video by FB/FB is completely relevant. If you are going to present a story of this magnitude (if it's real), then facts need to be triple checked. There is no room for error.
I would think it prudent that FB/FB clear up all this confusion and obvious inconsistencies.
In the future I will try to be as charitable to Rick as he is with me, that's the most I can promise.
UPDATE:
Racer X
A logger for the film told me today that she only worked on a small portion of the film, but nothing she worked on had rick in it. Isn't he suppose to be the star of this film? ( at least based on what he is saying ) -----this doesn't put a nail in the coffin, but it is another red flag to me.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry. Morgan Matthews will put the final nail in the coffin very soon.
DeleteFinally Morgan Matthews is going to say something! Thank god. Hopefully his statement will end this fiasco. Believers shouldn't be high-fiving each other quite yet. He isn't calling a press conference, is he. He's preparing a statement. He and his staff have probably had enough of being harassed.
ReplyDeleteIf Morgan Matthews is in fact making a statement, it is long overdue. Minnow and Morgan have refused to even answer one question that I am aware of. I know many, many have emailed them since it was known that they may be involved. They may like the free marketing but are complicit in this whole thing (if they were involved)IMHO
ReplyDeleteMaybe Rick Dyer identifying him by name as the cameraman who was knocked over by a bigfoot that was killed within feet of him was the last straw. Notice how FB/FB edited out that little tidbit.
DeleteAnd maybe they are just tired of all the harassment, all the emails and phone calls to anyone and everyone on staff.
DeleteNotice in Rick's video when he says "There is a bigfoot and I killed it," as he says that statement, he blinks his eyes rapidly. Police Interrogators use that rapid blinking as a tell. They know the subject is lying to them.
ReplyDeleteIn 2008, police interrogators were given a new tool to ascertain the veracity of a subjects statements.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1047130/How-spot-lie-Its-blinking-obvious-.html
Notice his blinking rate as he makes the statement, and then after each statement the rapid blinking.
This is a scientifically documented lying tell.
Rick is lying.
Sure it's a "scientifically documented", court admissible, fail proof lie detection method we have all been waiting for.
DeleteThere's a joke in there somewhere. How do you know Rick Dyer is lying? He's moving his lips.
ReplyDeleteCountdown to the end. Tick tock.
ReplyDeleteDid Rick Dyer scrub his BigfootTracker.com website?
ReplyDeleteSo the Best Bigfoot Tracker in the Wooooorld has no photos from his 90 expeditions?
Yes, he scrubs everything simply because so many people are now monitoring this and catch all his lies and inconsistencies and point them out. But most telling is that show he did the night Kulls posted his findings. That was the MOST revealing for me. He was absolutely undone, speechless, appeared to be in pain. He and Lily both were quite rattled, on camera. That show was removed within a quick hour when he normally will remove his shows sometime the next day or so. Why did he pull that one SO very quickly?
DeleteYeah he was very flustered that night. Hahaha! I wonder why! Freakin Musky is a staple on his shows now always freaking out about something. What a pair.
DeleteI was listening to it and I honestly didn't hear any fluster. It was just disbelief that Kulls claimed that the tents were the same.
DeleteMusky to Tim Mitchell:
ReplyDeleteMinnow films is releasing this new documentary "of Monsters and Men" in March sometime at the independent Film festival. Rick through his BigfootTracker LLC company is guaranteed a piece of the sales of this film available only on DVD. Rick is promoting the film to enhance sales saying the Film will show a killing of a Sasquatch.
When the film is released not showing this, or an elaborate re-creation of such, Rick will claim he had no control of what final production would show and was promised it would contain the footage of the killing, and the body. Rick will continue that indeed his story is true. a story will follow explaining this and why the body is kept undercover….
– “Musky Allen” to Tim Mitchell 1/16/13
He went to Vegas to validate a body as part of the scam.
