Apparently Musky Allen was invited to Las Vegas by Rick Dyer so Musky can inspect the alleged Bigfoot body for himself. This all stems from a radio show a week or two ago. I guess Musky got the better of Rick because Musky was asking Rick legitimate questions and he wasn't getting the answers he wanted.
Dyer, on a whim, challenged Musky Allen to come to Las Vegas and inspect the body in person. I believe Dyer did this because it "pissed him off".
According to Rick Dyer, much paperwork needed to be done in order to grant permission for Musky to view the "Bigfoot". Rick repeatedly mentioned on last night's show that 2 1/2 hours of signing paperwork took place and that things had to be cleared with the other people, whomever they are.
Musky Allen accepted the challenge and booked a flight bound for Vegas. Date and time are unknown. All this cloak and dagger stuff sure makes for great entertainment.
Will Musky actually make it to Vegas before some unforeseen incident prevents him from touching down? If Musky Allen does make it to Sin City, will circumstances somehow change that will prevent him from seeing this "Bigfoot"?
Rick spent an unusual amount of time putting the onus on these other people, the people who oversee the dead body. Will one of these people change the schedule at the last minute?
I can't help but be skeptical. Rick has never given me, or anyone else, a reason to believe anything he says. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out, but my money is on a disappointing outcome.
If Musky gets screwed over, I hope he gets reimbursed for his flight and his time. If he really does get to see and touch the body, I'll be waiting to find out what he has to say.
I just don't see it coming to fruition, but that's my opinion.

My prediction: Musky goes, and Dyer pays him into saying that the body is real.
ReplyDeleteThat would be an interesting outcome. Quite a few people have mentioned that as well. I don't know much about Musky, but many people don't like him for one reason or another.
ReplyDeleteIf Dyer wanted credibility, he should have invited someone credible.
The whole thing stinks of a hoax.
People don't like Musky cause he's the biggest skeptic in the community who is often crass and will debate relentlessly. He used to bug me but I have grown to respect him. I think it is a good choice to have him look at the body. I just hope he doesn't fall into the hoax pit.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if it is true, but I recall reading that Musky has tried to pass off faked photos in the past to make believers look bad. If that is really true then I could see him going along with Dyer's plan, especially if money was involved. Heck, If I was in that position I might be tempted by enough money.
ReplyDeleteUpdate, body is being seen by Muskey tonight. Update later tonight from Muskey
