Dyer, Liar, Pants On Fire

Rick Dyer has recently claimed that he saw a Bigfoot in San Antonio, in 2009. He says it was near The Home Depot and mentions it in this video:

Dyer has also mentioned his "Bigfoot sighting" several times on recent blog talk radio shows. This information is not a secret, and Freezer Boy has no problems making false statements to other people. He presents this "information" as fact to any people who will listen. Rick has a small following of people who want to believe him, but I'm afraid their trust is misplaced.

In Rick's radio show from  January 28, 2010, he states that anyone who believes in Bigfoot is an "idiot" and he goes on to say Bigfoot is a "cult". Jump to about the 10:50 mark to hear this.

Now why would Rick call people "idiots" if he saw a Bigfoot for himself in 2009?It doesn't really make sense, does it?
In this radio show, Rick calls the Bigfoot world the "scam world". Again, why would he say this?

Listen to internet radio with BIGFOOT IS A SCAM on Blog Talk Radio
I'll tell you why. Rick is trying to give himself credibility within his circle so these people will believe that he tracked down a Bigfoot, and shot in the back of the head. This is my opinion based on all the evidence I have found.
Here, in Dyer's own words, he says he is a "super skeptic" and won't believe until he sees it for himself. The show is dated February 6, 2010.

Listen to internet radio with BIGFOOT IS A SCAM on Blog Talk Radio

This show is particularly enlightening. It shows the true Rick Dyer and what he's all about. The show starts off slow but it gets better.Rick insults everybody in this radio show, calling Bigfoot a myth, making fun of people who paid him for his expeditions, and he wants to convert people to Bigfoot "haters". He also says Bigfoot is NOT REAL.

Listen to internet radio with BIGFOOT IS A SCAM on Blog Talk Radio
So, once again Rick is caught in another lie. Currently he is telling everyone he saw a Bigfoot in 2009 when, in fact, he never did. These radio shows from 2010 prove this beyond a shadow of a doubt. **All audio used in this post are for discussion purposes only** ** Copyrights belong to the copyright holders** Racer X

The Tent Video: Was It Possible To Hoax?

Last night I listened to The Crypto Crew's radio show, hosted by Thomas Marcum. Thomas runs a successful blog, Facebook page and he has a YouTube channel that consists of many breakdown videos. If you haven't watched any of his breakdown videos, you may want to. I'll provide links down below for you. Back to the radio show. From what I could gather, Mr. Marcum believes that the tent video is authentic, and he bases this off of the information he has collected.
I have issues with Mr. Marcum on several of his key points that in his views, show the Tent Video to be authentic. He does say that his opinion could change should other information come to light.
1.) His contact from Minnow Films is an "inside" source and Thomas specifically states that he has not received an email from Minnow Films themselves. I have sent several emails to Minnow Films, and I have not had a single reply from them.
2.) Mr. Marcum is under the assumption that Minnow Films purchased a black Lincoln Navigator for Rick Dyer. Nobody has confirmed this as true. Rick has video(s) showing him with a black Navigator, one that was going to the shop for a vehicle wrap. The videos of the Navigator were posted before Rick filmed his alleged Bigfoot. I asked Dyer point blank where he got the Navigator and he stated that he, in fact did own one. Rick also said it was unimportant how how he got it.
3.) There were plenty of people with Rick on the day this alleged shooting occurred. If there were so many people with Rick, how come none of them are shown in Dyer's San Antonio Expedition videos? None of them have leaked so much as a drop of information. I would think that camera phones would be busy snapping pictures, or even recording videos of this dead Bigfoot. Was the "expedition" just for the film crew or were other people there?
4.) The mention of Minnow Films. In the beginning Rick was proud to say Minnow Films was with him but it didn't take long until Dyer changed that. In future radio shows Rick used the term "a certain film crew", and later refers to the film crew or others as "entities". Why is this? Once information is given, a person can't simply change that information in the hopes that people will forget what was originally stated. This does nothing to help validate Rick's credibility, it only weakens it.
5.) It would be hard to hoax the tent video. This is the first time since the PG film that we actually see facial features on an alleged Bigfoot but we don't see anything below the shoulders.
FB/FB have authenticated the video as that of a real Bigfoot, BUT, FB/FB has less than a perfect record and they were hoaxed by kids no less.
Here is Thomas' show from last night:

Listen to internet radio with Thomas Marcum on Blog Talk Radio
I do think if a person has the right resources a video like this one would not be difficult to hoax. Rick has said many, many, many times that he has money and investors. He hasn't provided any evidence of this, but I'll have to accept is as fact since there is no evidence to the contrary. I had a look around the internet and found a few companies that offer foam latex appliances and silicone masks. The foam latex is inexpensive, and if you have someone who is good with make-up, it would not be hard to create a believable Bigfoot face, especially if you have a grainy video. The best option if you have money, is to go with a silicone mask. I'm going to use this company as a reference because their work is top shelf stuff. They offer a wide assortment of customizations and for a fee, they will make a completely custom and one of a kind mask. CFX I chose these two to show as examples. The skin tone can be changed, or you can ask for custom colorization. These masks as shown sell for $569.00. Hair can be added to any of their masks.

This mask is from another company, SPFX.

If a person can fool a friend of his face to face, it would be possible to fool people from 20 ft. away. Many people think that hoaxing the tent video is difficult or impossible. I disagree. If you have the money, anything is possible.
The tent video is receiving no attention from the Bigfoot community because of who is behind the video, and rightly so. Rick says he shot and killed a Bigfoot but he didn't take any other videos or photos of it, nor did he have any interest in further documentation of his "kill". The discovery of the century, and he doesn't bother to examine the Bigfoot at all?
I will keep digging on this video and everything associated with it. If you have information to share about this video, feel free to send me an email. Anonymity guaranteed upon request.

Simple Question = Simple Answer

Today I noticed Matt Moneymaker tweeted, so I asked him a question that wasn't related to what he was talking about.

I really wasn't expecting a reply from Mr. Moneymaker, I just wanted to put it out there. He surprised me by tweeting back.

Jack Barnes FBFB On Blogtalk With Freezer Boy

I listened to this show the other night and it started out kind of slow. Things changed when Phillip called in asked Rick some hard questions. I was very impressed, Phillip asked Rick the questions any of us would have, it's just a shame that Dyer didn't have many answers.
Jack Barnes got on the show right on time, and he was very straight forward with his interview with  Rick. I felt that Jack spoon fed Dyer some answers, but I think Mr. Barnes asked very specific questions for very specific reasons. I'm not a huge fan of FB/FB because they "authenticate" videos. Nobody can authenticate any Bigfoot videos because none of us have a Bigfoot with which to compare. Having said that, I thought Jack Barnes did a great job and I thought he was very thorough.
I found some inconsistencies with a few things in Rick's story that he retold to Mr. Barnes. In a previous post I made, I reveal what I believe is the location Dyer and his party were located.

A couple of days later Rick posted a rebuttal of sorts on his blog, and this is what Rick had to say. "This is where we started the 1 day but ended up miles from this Location!" Keep his in mind when you listen to the radio show. According to Cisco at the Bigfoot Forums," There is no other area, in this vicinity, that has homeless people camped there. The rest is either military base or private land. As somebody pointed out, it's landlocked and while not a giant piece of property, it's not small either." Source
I won't say anything else about the show, you can listen for yourselves.

Marketing, Elaborate Hoax, or Psychology Experiment?

I, along with many other people, have been wondering what Ricky is up to with his claim that he shot and killed a Bigfoot in the San Antonio area on Sept. 6,2012. A few people think Rick's claims are true, but I'm not one of those people. The majority of people think this is an elaborate hoax for reasons presently unknown.
After the Bigfoot community realized that Dyer was behind the tent video, interest in the subject dwindled for obvious reasons. Rick is a self admitted attention whore and he loves all forms of publicity, so when the articles about him dried up, it didn't take long before he said he shot and killed a Bigfoot. This generated more interest and I'm sure Bigfoottracker.com received a lot of traffic because of this.
Dyer also started to mention Minnow Films, but quickly changed that and refers to "a certain film company" instead. Was Minnow Films really with Rick and his customers that day? Is Rick really part of their documentary 'Of Monsters and Men'? There are people who have stated this as fact, but I don't recall reading anything from Minnow Films making a statement that confirms or denies Dyer's claims. No surprise there. Rick's word isn't worth anything and anonymous sources are just as unreliable, unless it is backed up with something verifiable. If Minnow Films was actually with Rick Dyer, and Rick is part of the documentary, in what context is he going to be shown?
Rick said on one of his radio shows that the tent video would be at one of the film festivals. South by Southwest (SXSW®) or Tribeca were the two festivals he mentioned. Dyer did not outright say 'Of Monsters and Men' on the radio show but he did make a blog post on Dec. 3,2012.

If this is true why is the documentary still in production? Submissions for the Tribeca Film Festival closed Dec. 28, 2012. Did Minnow get in a "WIP" before the deadline? I suppose we'll have to wait until the program list is published by Tribeca.
Tribeca

"KEY DATES

  • September 17, 2012 (3pm EST) – Submissions open
  • October 19, 2012 (6pm EST, postmark) – Early Entry deadline for:
    • “Features” (film length ≤ 40 minutes)
    • “Shorts” (film length < 40 minutes)
  • November 30, 2012 (6pm EST, postmark) – Official Entry deadline for then-complete Features and for all Shorts. This is the last deadline for Short submissions.
  • December 28, 2012 (6pm EST, arrive by) – Late Entry deadline available only to those Features (narrative and documentary) completed after the Official Entry deadline and which have not been screened publicly or otherwise distributed anywhere at the time of submission. This deadline is for Features ONLY; Shorts will NOT be accepted for this deadline.
  • April 17 – April 28, 2013– 12th Annual Tribeca Film Festival in NYC (the "TFF13")
Note: Submissions may be in work-in-progress form; however, works that are not final cuts must be clearly marked “Work in Progress (WIP)” or “Rough Cut” with an indication of what will change or what is missing (e.g., temp sound, Avid output, missing animation, etc.) Also, due to the volume of submissions, only ONE replacement copy (i.e. final cut) will be accepted and replacement copies will not be accepted after December 28, 2012 (unless solicited by the Festival)."
At this point in time, I don't know what to make of Rick's story or where it's headed. I do believe this is a hoax of one form or another, I just haven't nailed it down yet.
Freezer Boy must not be under any NDA because he has already given out plenty of information on this whole affair. Maybe Rick was working on a project of his own while he was with "a certain film company". It's a possibility and no less believable than stories being floated around. Big Lion Films has a couple of interesting films in production.

In one of Rick's San Antonio videos he stated that he had a sighting years ago in  the exact same area in which he was filming. If this is so, what year did this happen and how come we never heard about this before? Remember, Rick didn't believe in Bigfoot in 2008 and I'm not sure when he started to think Bigfoot were real. An anonymous person on Ricky's blog made the same observation.
"Rick is a hoaxer, previously and currently.
He claims the Georgia hoax was done by him back when he didn't believe in bigfoot, and now he is hoaxing again with the premise that he now believes however there are holes all over it.
He states here that the latest spot, soon to be known as the 2012 hoax, is the spot where he had his first and only sighting "years ago", check it out here:
http://bigfootevidence101.blogspot.com/2013/01/san-antonio-expedition-beginning.html?m=1
So he hoaxed before when he didn't believe, now he's claiming to have seen Sasquatch one time many years ago. This proves it folks, Rick is hoaxing again. He's trying to make it look like he's believed all along when the record is clear.
Thank you for reading this soon to be deleted post."
Is Freezer Boy's story starting to fall apart at the seams? His account of what happened on Sept. 6, 2012 appears to be embellished every time he opens his mouth.
Ricky Traylor Chuck Dyer expects everyone to hold other Bigfooters accountable for their actions, but he won't let others hold him accountable. He rarely gives straight answers and he regularly deletes comments on his blog if those comments don't praise him, or if hard questions are posed to Dyer. Freezer boy built up the release of "new" information for Jan. 3, 2013, and that turned out to be a drawing. In his latest blog post, Ricky had this to say;
"Bigfoot Tracker Expedition March 8th -11th!! New Information on the
Tent video will be released on expedition! You don't want to mess this!"
Does Rick expect people to follow this for another two months before he releases a morsel for the hungry enthusiasts?
Rick is at Stage 4 of Guy Edwards' 5 stages of a hoax.

Reply From San Antonio

The other day I posted a reply I received from TPWD that proved to be a dead end. So far I have not had a response from Minnow Films or Bexar County. I sent an email to what I thought was the SAPD because I sent it from their website. Apparently it got filtered somehow and ended up at 311 Customer Service. It didn't take long for someone to get back to me, and I must say that Texas agencies reply very quickly. The response I received was this:
Thank you for contacting the city of San Antonio. The type of information you are seeking would be available by conducting a survey through the San Antonio Police Department. Please call the Records division at 210-207-7598 for information on how to order this survey. Have a good day.
I don't live in, or around San Antonio but if someone does, and they wish to try, the number is above. My email was worded vaguely with no mention of Bigfoot.
I was looking for more information on the Tent Video and tried different key words. To my surprise I came upon an ad listing posted by BIGFOOTTRACKER.COM. I have no idea how old the ad is, there is no list date shown and the website itself seems to lack any useability. I'm not saying this has anything to do with the video or Minnow Films, but this is a Rick Dyer blog so it gets added to the archives. Maybe one of the many sleuths out there will find a connection and put the ad in to context. Bigfoottracker.com Ad

There are a few cities with the name Rogers, and there is one in Texas. It's only a two hour drive from San Antonio.

One last thing. Does this look like a guy who really has a dead Bigfoot? Yes, I am biased and yes, I think he's hoaxing. If this video doesn't get rid of the hiccups, nothing will.

Rick Dyer's "Kill" Site

First, I would like to thank the anonymous person who left a link with his/her comment, I thoroughly enjoy reading this thread at 'The Bigfoot Forums'. Here's the link if you wish to follow the thread Rick Dyer AgainThe area of land I outlined in yesterday's post was based on the information Rick gave in his video. Rick says "behind the suburbans is the, um, Home Depot". He doesn't say "over there" or "way back" or anything else that indicates Rick is far from The Home Depot.
He also says the crew is "about mile and a half deep". I'm not sure of the size of the plot of land I outlined, but it looks like it's fairly large. Behind the suburbans and through the trees there are lights visible. I think these are lights from The Home Depot and parking lot.
I visited the 'Rick Dyer Again' thread to see what was going on. A person with the user name 'Cisco' took time out of his day to investigate, and question a homeless couple in the immediate area. Big kudos to Cisco! Here is a comment left by Cisco on the thread:
"Ok, I have some news for you guys. Early this morning I drove over to the area that Rick Dyer claimed to have shot the Bigfoot. I spoke to some homeless people that were camped out there and have been there for quite a while. I asked a couple if they remember seeing a film crew sometime in early December. The woman told me there had been a crew there sometime in September but she was under the impression they were filming a documentary or news footage of homeless people. However, neither she nor her husband had any personal contact with these people and they were only there for a few hours. I then asked them is they had heard of anybody shooting a gun during that time period. They both started laughing and said that they would know if somebody had fired a gun as the sheriffs department would have been out there in 10 minutes to boot everybody out. I asked them if they had seen anything strange in the time they had been camping there. They and 5 other people, that have been there almost a year, said the only strange thing they ever saw was when some local gang members tried to destroy a stolen car by lighting it on fire. There you have it, no Bigfoot and no shootings. " In a following comment Cisco adds this: "There is no other area, in this vicinity, that has homeless people camped there. The rest is either military base or private land. As somebody pointed out, it's landlocked and while not a giant piece of property, it's not small either. You can't see the camp from the road so you have to pull over and walk into the "woods" so to speak. I walked the area pretty thoroughly and there were many homeless people but I only spoke to a limited few. Regardless, they are all within a couple hundred yards of each other and they would know if a gun had been fired. I asked if there were any other camps in the area and they were not aware of any. I do some service work with homeless addicts and alcoholics so I have a good idea of the areas of town where they congregate. This is the only area, in this part of San Antonio, that I'm familiar with. That's not to say they couldn't be one as there is a lot of undeveloped property in the area. In fact, this is the only reason that would make a Bigfoot sighting somewhat viable in this part of town. Anyhow, take it for what it's worth. Something tells me that Rick Dyer is now going to claim they went someplace else. However, from what little I have read, this was the area he was talking about. We'll just have to wait and see."
I believe the area of land Cisco is talking about is outlined in blue and the area of land I think Rick was is outlined in red.

I have no doubt whatsoever that there are homeless people living within this blue triangle. I zoomed in and I could see at least one tent. The other objects were harder to identify. I have no idea how large this particular piece of land is but, if the crew and expedition people were a mile and a half deep, I would think they would be close to the highway.
This also raises some questions for me. Why would people pay money to go on an expedition to this spot? Come to think of it, why would people pay to camp out behind The Home Depot? Why would Rick fire a rifle so close to the highway, and more importantly, other human beings?
IF, and that's a big IF, Rick did fire a rifle under these conditions, he is a dangerous person. He should be arrested and put in jail if convicted. I can see how Rick could market this as a viable spot to people with money to spend. 1.) The reported sighting from November, 2009, 2.) Rick's alleged Bigfoot sighting, 3.) The constant calls to police from homeless people reporting sightings and the numerous sightings from motorists, and 4.) watching a documentary being filmed, maybe even being an extra.
I think Rick stretches the truth with number 3 though. Constant sightings? I would think this would be all over the news. I'm going to go out on a limb and give my best guess as to where Ricky was standing when he recorded this video:

Based on what I have seen in Rick's video above, I think he is inside the red outline, or very close to it.

What we do know for sure is that Rick and everyone else were in this area. Rick gives explicit details and it's something he can't change. Rick has stopped mentioning Minnow Films by name. Instead he says "a certain film company". After the release of the artist's picture of the Bigfoot (Jan. 3 2013), Rick said he got in trouble for breach of contract. The trouble couldn't have been too severe because on his radio show Jan. 5, 2013, Rick says the location is west of San Antonio. Furthermore, he talks about the tent video again on his radio show Jan. 6, 2013.
I have another piece of information that ties in to this post. Today I received an email fromTexas Parks and Wildlife "There are no Bigfoot or Sasquatch, more myths than anything such as Nessie the Lochness monster or a chupacabra, is a legendary cryptid rumored to inhabit parts of the Americas. The name comes from the animal's reported habit of attacking and drinking the blood of livestock, especially goats and stories run rampant throughout the state. Please contact the sheriff office or SAPD on this clam" was the reply.
This tells me that nothing was reported to this agency. If Ricky shot and killed a Sasquatch, this would be one of the first people to call. My next emails will be sent to the Bexar County Sheriff and the SAPD (San Antonio Police Department).
If someone lives in the area, perhaps they could make a couple of phone calls.
*My email is open to anyone who would like to contribute to this particular story. Links are always appreciated and if you wish to remain anonymous, I'm fine with that. Any contributions must be verifiable.*
I would like to thank "Bo" for putting the bug in my ear with regards to this piece of the puzzle.

Rick Gives a Clue

It's no secret that Ricky had a San Antonio expedition from September 1-6, 2012, he says so in this video below.

In this video, Rick says exactly where he and everyone is. They are off the 1604 and behind them is the Home Depot.

I find it coincidental that Rick had a Bigfoot sighting years ago in this area. It's the same area that a woman reported a sighting to 911 in 2009.

I searched Google maps for the location, and sure enough, I found it. The letter 'A' in the tear drop is the approximate location the homeless woman gave to the 911 dispatcher and the water tower is circled in red. Use these key words to search for yourself ; "san antonio hwy 151 and 1604"

Now that we have established the vicinity of the homeless sighting of 2009, let's look at Rick's location. Dyer says in his video, "off of 1604" and "behind the suburbans is the Home Depot". Take a look at the photo below. The 'A' is the 2009 homeless location, bottom left is the water tower, and upper center is Home Depot.

Rick mentioned a few days ago that he got in trouble for breach of contract because he released an artist's rendition of what Rick says he shot. On his radio show last night a caller asked Rick the general location of where this incident allegedly took place. After a short pause, Ricky stated west of San Antonio. Ricky's actual location is north west and maybe that's why Rick paused. My guess is that he had to think about it before answering the caller. The only conclusion I can come to is that Rick, the film crew and others were in this wooded area. Dyer says the rest were a mile and a half deep. Wow, that's some expedition Ricky.

I believe I have done my due diligence to pinpoint the exact location of where Rick Traylor Chuck Dyer says he shot and killed a Bigfoot on September 6, 2012. This is absolute proof, it's not evidence folks. Rick tells us where he was, it was just a matter of putting it together. This raises even more questions for me.
Why would anybody pay $1,000 to go on a camp out surrounded by roadways? Why was Rick so cryptic with future information? Was it because he didn't want people to know that he wasn't deep in the woods? Why was a film crew there? Were they simply filming about the homeless people to show the unfortunate situation they are in?
Minnow Films is known for covering topics such as this. This is a paragraph from their website; Minnow Films is an award-winning independent production company, renowned for its sensitive and intelligent portrayal of powerful human stories.
Why did Rick film his San Antonio videos away from other people? Was he there for one reason but making videos for another reason? Did Ricky really discharge a fire-arm in such close proximity to people? Wouldn't somebody close by hear a rifle shot and report it? The more I dig in to this incident, the more suspect it becomes. I'm not done with this yet. We have one piece of the puzzle, and there are many more pieces to fill until we have the full picture.

Inquiring Minds Want to Know

I have spent the past couple of hours looking in to Ricky's claim that he shot, and killed a Bigfoot in the San Antonio area, on or about September 6, 2012. The video itself is hotly debated on the various Bigfoot forums and blogs, but I'm not interested in the video. A grainy video is not evidence, especially a video shot through mosquito netting.
I'm more interested in verifying, or refuting Ricky's claims, I want the truth. Anybody who has been remotely curious has contacted Minnow Films, but sources relaying information have been anonymous so far. I dug deeper in to the blogosphere, and to my surprise, nobody has contacted any official agencies. That has now changed.
I sent an email to Minnow Films and asked some questions. Currently I am awaiting a reply.

Minnow Films

I sent an email to Texas Parks and Wildlife and asked them a series of questions.

Texas Parks and Wildlife
Last, but not least, I contacted the County Of  Bexar to see what they know,if anything at all.

Bexar County

Ricky has claimed that proper authorities were contacted. Let's see if this, in fact, is true. If these two agencies don't know what's going on, I'll keep contacting authorities until I find an agency that has an answer or two. To date Rick has not provided one shred of evidence to support his assertions that he killed a Sasquatch and I think it's time that we really dig to show one way or the other if this an elaborate hoax, viral campaign for a movie, or if it's the truth.
I have much, much more to cover on this whole affair. Deny Ignorance, find the truth.

Is Rick at Stage Four?

I think it's safe to say that most people in the Bigfoot community know who Guy Edwards is. Guy runs a great blog, Bigfoot Lunch Club Check Guy's blog when you get a chance, he posts some great articles. What does Guy Edwards have to do with a Ricky Dyer blog? Not much really. I bring up Guy because he was the person who came up with "The Five Stages of a "Big" Bigfoot Announcement". He noticed a pattern among hoaxers, and here are his five stages.
1.Announcement
2.Defensiveness or Attack of Critics
3.Postponement of evidence
4.Postponement of evidence again
5.You are the victim of a hoax

Announcement: *not the video originally posted to YouTube*

Keep in mind the original video was posted in black and white, no audio, and the video was posted sideways. This does not occur unless the video was edited. I have recorded videos with my phone and the computer always corrects the orientation of the video and so does YouTube. Food for thought. Defensiveness or Attack of Critics:
I don't even know where to start. Rick opened a blog ,closely copying the title of a popular Bigfoot blog, and stole stories from it. He performed the copy/paste routine and simply put it on his own blog. Ricky didn't post a link or give reference to where he got his stories from. After that, Dyer started the attack on the blog owner and anyone associated with him. These people have ignored Freezer Boy for a long time, but Rick persists with his constant attacks and makes outlandish accusations towards them. The list of attacks are too numerous to list in this post, so I encourage everyone to research for themselves.
Postponement of evidence:
This is the one I'm having difficulty with. Rick claims to have shot a Sasquatch in the back of the head, and by most accounts, Rick was in the company of a film crew. It's not like Dyer was all by himself, there were witnesses to this alleged shooting but all we have are Rick's assurances and some leaked anonymous information. I can understand having the alleged body tested, that makes sense. If you have a body, why not release a crisp, clear photo? Just one color photo showing all the distinguishes features.
Postponement of evidence again:
I have found various release dates online ranging from February to May of 2013. This seems like a long time to postpone the evidence considering the Bigfoot was allegedly shot in September , 2012. Today Ricky Tweeted this tidbit:

You are the victim of a hoax:
TBA? I wonder how stage five will turn out. There are some blogs you can read for more information: , Sasquatch Scoop , The Crypto Crew , Bigfoot Evidence , Cryptomundo

Ricky's Big Release

Well folks, today is the day that Rick Dyer released his information. I wasn't expecting anything of great importance, but I thought we might see a blurry photo or a shaky video. Nope, none of that at all. What information did Dyer share with everyone that would be hard to scrutinize (his word, not mine)? What we waited a few days for was nothing more than an artist's rendition of what Rick said he killed. Yes indeed, a drawing. He posted a video to accompany the drawing but it was just Ricky "running his mouth". Rick says he's good at running his mouth and I don't disagree with him.
Video of Rick talking about release date of information:

I'll let Ricky's "information" speak for itself. Here is the video,

Okay ladies and gentlemen, the big reveal. Drum roll please.

I find it amusing that Freezer Boy has no problem calling other people and groups "confirmed" hoaxers when Dyer himself is a hoaxer, AND he provides no evidence for his claim. Dyer to Release Information on Jan. 3, 2013

I was checking out freezer boy's blog and he says he is going to release some information January 3, 2013. I wonder what this information could be. His latest post is actually a video and it looks like Ricky has disabled embedding, so I can't post it here. In this latest video, Rick goes in to his usual people-hate-me-and-post-lies-about-me. That's odd, who are these people posting lies about you Ricky? Maybe it's the people posting that they think your camper video is real? I don't understand Rick half the time anyway. Take this title for example.

UPDATE Well, it looks like there are ways around things. Enjoy.

*Video is the property of Rick Dyer. Used for discussion purposes only.* Freezer boy says he is going to release something that's going to be hard to scrutinize. Hard to scrutinize? This person is thinking the same thing I am.

Maybe freezer boy meant something else. As I'm sitting here with my morning coffee, I'm trying to digest Ricky's latest post. He tends to make wild accusations without any evidence to back it up. Then my eyes glaze over and my mind wanders. Sometimes my mind takes me to weird and wonderful places. I'm thinking "this guy has sawdust for brains", but I'm also flashing back to a scary picture I saw of Rick. It wasn't the strange look in his eyes, it was the hat. I'm thinking "he reminds me of someone"......then BAM!, it hits me. His head is not full of sawdust, it's full of oats.

I don't know why Ricky wouldn't release information on the first day of a new year when almost everyone is off work. Since we won't be able to scrutinize this information, I won't be expecting anything earth shattering.

Liar, Liar

I'm going to take you on a trip down memory lane. I can't remember the exact date ,but it was sometime in late December of 2011 or early January of 2012 that Ricky Dyer claimed he was granted permission by the Canadian Government to come to Canada and kill a Bigfoot. I had that video for the longest time and deleted it, thinking I would never need it. Well, I was wrong. In it's place I'll show a couple of screen grab
 from the video.
Rick, in his usual style, says he has a letter from Canada and that it's okay to head north and shoot a Bigfoot. Dyer swears up and down this is true, 100%. Freezer Boy never backs down from this claim, yet a short while later he removes the video from his YouTube channel. Why? Is he hoping people will forget his past lies? A Canadian citizen saw this video and decided to contact Environment Canada in order to get some answers. The letter was vague with regards to confirming or denying Dyer's claim, but the letter did  outline some very specific laws

After this letter was posted on several blogs, Rick still claimed he had permission to kill a Bigfoot, despite evidence to the contrary. Rick keeps saying he's a changed man, no more hoaxes. Just go to his YouTube channel and watch a few of his videos to see how Rick constantly changes roles from good guy to bad guy. This wasn't a hoax, it was a lie, a fabrication and another con job by Freezer Boy to gain the attention he craves. I still scratch my head in amazement that there people out there who believes anything he says. Now, for the first time in a year, Rick finally comes clean. He thinks it's funny. It's not funny. Rick is a sad and pathetic attention whore and he will stop at nothing to get that attention.
Think twice before you believe anything Rick Dyer has to say.

Ricky Makes Slanderous Accusations

Earlier today I listened to Rick's radio show he posted on his YouTube channel, and I must say that Ricky has no problems slinging mud without providing one shred of evidence to support his slanderous comments. Dyer says James "Bobo" Fay, Cliff Barackman, Bart Cutino, Derek Randles, and a list of other people are hoaxers. I don't think Rick gives much thought of the possible consequences for his actions. Freezer Boy is big on talk, but lacks substance. If Rick is going to say certain people are this or that, then the onus is on Rick to verify these claims. Simply stating it as fact does not make it fact. Not only has Ricky made slanderous remarks, he also makes libelous claims on his blog. Here is what Rick wrote: "So many people in the Bigfoot world love to brown nose. It seems if you're popular no one cares if you hoax and if you do they look over it. The people in the Bigfoot community should get their head out of their ass and hold people accountable. Like Bo Bo Fay of the hit TV show finding Bigfoot. Him and many others have supported Justin Smeja Bigfoot Bear Hoax Even appearing in a documentary produced by Ro Shahid. When this was realized to be a hoax no one said anything at all . If you be quiet and don't talk about it, This would disappear the Bigfoot community is full idiots and they will forget about. As long as you're popular you have nothing to worry about. The Bigfoot bear boy was supposed to release new information on the 24th of December a very big announcement. The 24th came and went no one questioned this. Is the Bigfoot community full of a bunch of mindless sheep? Remember how many people supported the Sierra Kills Tooth and nail . These people should be held accountable. Participants of the hoax Justin Smeja Ro Sahib Bart Cutino Derek Randles BoBo Faye Sanh Evidence Robert lendsay Team Tazer Cliff Barackman And many more!" Here is the Blogtalkradio segment. It's mostly a bashfest and has very little to do with Bigfoot.
Listen to internet radio with BIGFOOT TRACKER LLC on Blog Talk Radio
Unless people stand up to this bully, the accusations will continue. Beside the word 'hypocrite', there should be a picture of Rick Dyer.

Rick Dyer, Sociopath?

Yesterday I was looking around to see what was new in the big world of Bigfooting when I came across an article on Ricky. The author of the article is Robert Lindsay, and it's a two part story. In the first part of the article Mr. Lindsay discusses the "Tent Video", and he implies that he thinks the video is legitimate.
Mr. Lindsay closes the first part of his article by stating this:" The only way this could possibly be a hoax is if Dyer is about 20 times smarter than the dumb redneck he is. Sure, maybe Dyer is hoaxing via some sort of 11th Dimension Chess, thereby making the greatest and most elaborate hoax of all time, to be studied by intelligence agencies across the seas for decades. Think so? Neither do I."
I think Mr. Lindsay is an intelligent person but, he and I are miles apart with regards to the video. Personally, I think the video is a hoax, an elaborate ruse on the Bigfoot community.
The part of Robert's article that I did agree on was his last portion, "Rick Dyer, sociopath".
What I like about Mr. Lindsay is that he isn't afraid to go in to detail, and I for one, enjoyed reading this. Here's a snippet:
"In the last Bigfoot update, I discussed the narcissism that drives a lot of Dyer’s antics. It is only with a deep understanding of narcissism that a lot of this man’s behavior can be properly understood. Narcissists are as common as dandelions in Bigfootery, which attracts, feeds and probably grows its very own narcissists. But even there, Dyer stands out.
There is another aspect of his behavior, an antisocial aspect. Antisocial traits of various types are also very common in Bigfootery, and they are often hard to parse out from the narcissism. The two often run together, and narcissists can act antisocial at times.
Most of the antisocials in Bigfootery are the more controlled types. Sociopathy is either “controlled” or “uncontrolled.” The more controlled types fill the ranks of law, medicine, business, the military, law enforcement and of course government! It is simply not the case that all sociopaths are criminals. Most of them are never locked up for a single day of their lives. Why not? They are afraid of going to prison."

"50 Large" - The real story of the "Georgia Body Hoax"

In Ricky's latest rant, he's complaining about Tom Biscardi's use of him (Dyer) in the film. That's all fine and dandy with me, hoaxers need to go down. Rick said something about winning a judge and getting "a injection", what ever the hell that means.
I wonder which judge it was that Rick won.

An injection order seems kind of harsh.

At any rate, I could care less about Biscardi
Rick then goes on to whine about Steve Kulls' book "50 Large", saying it's a book of lies. I don't know Mr. Kulls, but I have read quite a bit on what he has to say. It's apparent to me that Steve Kulls researches everything before he comes to a conclusion and he backs it up with evidence to support his claims. Rick Dyer on the other hand just says everything is a lie and people are haters. Rick doesn't provide any evidence to support his claims, yet he expects people to believe him. Why would anybody believe freezer boy? He's a known hoaxer and liar.
If you haven't read "50 Large", Steve has it available on his website. https://www.createspace.com/3686448

Petty Ricky

I noticed on Ricky's blog of alphabet soup that there is a certain icon that belongs to another blog owner. Rick decided to hijack this mascot for his own blog of incoherent ramblings.
That sure seems petty, doesn't it? Freezer boy says he's a changed man, and he won't do any more hoaxing. He didn't say he would stop lying though. Rick's blog is a jumbled mess of false accusations, outright lies and reprehensible "journalism". That means you don't write good Ricky.
Rick even admits that he doesn't check anything.

Anyone who has been in the Bigfoot community for any length of time knows the icon of the Bigfoot Evidence blogspot. It's the tiny little creature you see above. This is from Shawn Evidence's site:

This is from Freezer Boy's site:

Rick even copies the name of Mr. Evidence's blog title as best as he can. Kind of sad, isn't it?

Finally, The Truth?

I found this on the internet so it must be true, right? Did Dyer forget to take this site down? Did a former partner with a beef go in and change it, or is someone posting what most of  us are thinking?
This is not photoshopped in any way, it's a site I found while surfing around for my favorite Bigfoot hoaxer.
Nice smile.

Look at all that money. Probably hoax money.

You mean it's not real??

The site looks legitimate to me, what do you think?

I'm Confused

While having my morning coffee, I thought it would be nice to see what's up with Freezer Boy. This guy sure has a lot of profiles kicking around. It seems like he starts a new one every time he moves.
I'm a bit confused though.........
In this profile Ricky says he has three children.

In this profile he says he has two kids.

Rick claims to be a college graduate, awesome!
Oh darn, now he only has a high school education, but there's nothing wrong with that.

I'm putting this one in here because it's just so damn cute. Ricky and a cop hamming it up....at least I think that's what is going on.

I think Ricky will always be true to Knight Rider.

Is Ricky Dyer Michael Knight? *Update*

I found an interesting article on Freezer Boy in an article by Steve Kulls. Steve has a popular blog called Squatchdetective. Here's the link: http://squatchdetective.wordpress.com/
I was reading Steve's article and I became intrigued when I read this part:" What we do know is the incident occurred at Dyer’s residence where he was advertising a company named Quality Roofing in Deltona, Florida. (The listed owner was Michael Knight…now see if you can make the connection that I make to this.)" The incident Steve is referring to is the battery charge Dyer had against him in May, 2012.
Almost everyone who knows about Rick, is aware that he loves Knight Rider. Rick uses the theme music in many of his videos, and the name of the main character in the show is Michael Knight. There seems to be a connection here, so I decide to have a look around.
I did, in fact, find a listing for such a business in Deltona, Florida.

Since I'm not from the area I had no idea where Deltona was, so I checked. Deltona is in Volusia County? Now I'm curious.

I dig a bit more and find this:  http://www.myhometownnews.net/index.php?id=93140  . They have the name right, but his age is incorrect.
Is this nothing more than a coincidence or is it a fact? Ricky is usually short with his answers, if he answers at all. He says he's a changed man, on the up and up and all that. If that's true then this must not be Rick, right?
I personally think it is Rick, but what I think isn't important. It's up to you to come to your own conclusions.
UPDATE:
I just received an email from an anonymous source who gave me some more information. I was given a link that brought up the following information: http://www.newcompanylisting.com/04-03-12/Volusia/bigfoot-tracker-llc.htm
Screen grab:

What are the chances that Ricky Dyer, a known fan of Knight Rider, would reside with a person named Michael Knight? The odd are astronomical. I borrowed that last bit from my anonymous source. You be the judge.

Another Ebay Scam-2010?

Is this another Ebay scam? This is from 2010 and it looks like Ricky is trying to sell a BMW.The following are quotes from various individuals having a discussion about the BMW. The timeline of the discussion is in chronological order. This is the short read. If you have time, you're more than welcome to read the entire four page thread discussing this car.
I really felt bad for the potential buyer, what a waste of his time.
I would like to sincerely thank "Bo" for the heads up on this information. I could not have done it without him/her!

"It just SCREAMS fishy at me..
the $500 payment within 24hrs of auction close
$100+ paypal fees if paid by PayPal (to encourage the direct Bank Transfer)
but save $300 if you pick it up???
So if he picks it up, that means he's only going to pay $1800 for it???
I dunno.. its all odd to me.
But on the good side, at least it looks like he's getting what he's paying for.. if the car exists and he gets it.
I dont think $1800 is too high for what the car really is. I like the Red Interior... just not wild about that old ass automatic in it.
also...
check out the six sellers feedback.. check out the "Suburban" he sold and the buyer's feedback.. such a new buyer and then he's linked of buying some crap from some foreclosure BS..
THIS also screams to me some kinda scam going on.. like a fake feedback left for that sale..
and why is the seller from "Hong Kong"?"

"I called him Wednesday and we agreed to the deal taking place in San Antonio. Now, I am planning to pick up the car Tuesday April 20th.
The owners father was a military man and purchased the car from another GI; he supposedly owned the car from 1983 to 2006. The seller and I both assumed the car was a Euro model because of the Turbo. Clearly, that does not seem to be the case."

"I would RUN!!!
not walk away from this purchase.
I think all the posts in here would validate my opinion to the fullest.
I've been around for awhile and I've seen many patterns for scams, I'm sure as heck not going to train one NOT to scam with what I know and I think I've done too much all in this thread alone."

"The seller is Rick/Ochua Dyer. It might be a scam, but for the most part, everything is going well."

"and if you dig into the feedback of the buyer/sellers for those and other cars they have bought/sold, you will find what might be sales to each other.."

"The seller told me all the glass is perfect.
He does not believe the car was ever in an accident during his fathers possession.
The tires and brake pads were recently replaced, but he does not recall doing any other work.
I forgot to ask him if there were any leaks...
He says the interior of the car clearly shows the vehicle has only 67k miles."

"The seller promises me I will also be lucky enough to see his running model A (or model T) which he recently acquired. (I cannot remember which one he said) Will take pics of both cars along with a handwritten and dated paper showing my user name .

"That is a stretch. The most logical explanations at this point are:
A. The seller is trying to "embellish" his listing, or
B. The seller has no idea what he's talking about."

"When I talked with him on the phone, he was very explicit saying the car is "faster than his 330i with an M3 engine"

"The seller has had the car for sale on Craigslist, ebay, and Collector Car. Same information on all sites."

"As has been said before; this does not even look like a pic from this car and the valve cover shown does not look like one found on these engines. To have a turbo, it should be very simple to provide a decent pic. If you asked; the seller should be able to provide one as well."

"I'm not sure why you are so adamant about the seller being straight up with you about this car.. it's been listed FS SEVERAL times and you'd think EVEN with a damaged/failed turbo system that it would have sold by now for the price he's been asking."

"I called the seller prior to leaving Austin and his phone went straight to voice message. The seller "Rick Dyer" aka Reyna Ochoa had left a message on his voice mail saying an "unfortunate emergency had occurred, and he would be out of town from April 20th to May 27th"! I called BS on that. We went ahead and drove to SA not expecting much, but we ended up finding plenty of good times and great spirited folks."

"And here it is...the 633! I am thinking WOW, the car really exists!"

"Same looking place as the ebay auction, there is the Jaguar which was also listed for sale, and the Chevy!"

"But WAIT! The mileage says 87,000; not 67,000! Lousy description!"

"So number one question is.....where is the Turbo? And look at all that rust! There is also no battery in this car. I don't think it is "running" anywhere."

"Here is "Rick's" Suburban - the windows were rolled down, not sure he "Left town" - maybe Rick is the Chupacabra Man"

"So then, all of a sudden, this guy comes out from the adjacent home and starts trying to sell me the car.....says his name is "FRED". According to Fred, Rick moved out last night. Fred (much like the seller) also said "the car runs well", and he said "it only needs a restoration to be perfect"....LOL I told him the car was not a turbo like Rick described and I was not interested. We didn't hang out much longer...as this was not the car I came to see!"

"Odd that the Suburban was still there.. considering that he got positive feedback on April 2nd for the sale of it.. which tends to support my theory that he's running extra accounts and "buying" vehicles from himself to give himself positive feedback history."
